Ingredients:

For the dough:

140 grams chickpea flour

1 egg 35 grams yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt

For the topping:

100 grams mushrooms

50 grams tomato sauce

50 grams cherry tomatoes

50 grams grated mozzarella

1 ball burrata

Oregano

Arugula

In a bowl, whisk together yogurt and egg, then add flour, salt, and oil, and knead the dough. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Spread oregano-seasoned tomato sauce over the pizza.Sprinkle grated mozzarella on top.

 

Place mushrooms and halved cherry tomatoes on top and bake in the oven.Bake for 20-30 minutes. Once out of the oven, place burrata in the center. Garnish with arugula leaves and serve.
