How can I track my orders?
When your order is delivered to cargo, you will receive an information message from us and an information SMS from the cargo company.
After receiving this SMS and information message, you can track your cargo from the "My Orders" tab.


When will my order be shipped?
Pre-orders are taken for the products selected in online orders. Pre-order delivery time is on average 3-4 weeks. If the products you have selected are in stock, they will be shipped within the same day. After your orders leave the warehouse, you will be notified by an e-mail containing cargo tracking information. After your products are shipped, they will be delivered to you free of charge with UPS Cargo.

 

What should I do if my order is broken?
After receiving your cargo, please open it with the cargo authority and check it.

If during the control some products in your order are found to be missing, incorrect or damaged,

ask the cargo officer to prepare a "damage assessment report".

When the delivery document for the cargo arriving at the delivery address is signed by the customer,

it will be deemed that the products have been received in full and without damage.

If you receive the package of the order from the cargo and see any damage in the package,please contact us within 24 hours.

It is necessary to describe the damage as a summary and send the photographs of the packaging together with the said summary by e-mail to [email protected].

After the products are received, we will inform you about the way to be followed regarding the product you have purchased.

 

Can I pay my orders by transfer?

Can I have the products I bought as gift packages and with gift note?
